They conceptualized, they edited and they left us with lasting impressions. Judgment has been passed and the much awaited top three picks are finally determined for Luna Online’s video-making contest.

Out of all the entries, it was Aerith’s Tsukurimashou that stood out from the rest and rose to the top garnering a total of 87.50 points for its catchy, very animated and playful composition of a parody from an Azumanga Daioh: The Animation scene. Coming in second place with 68.84 points was Brokendagger’s heartwrenching music video for The Calling’s Wherever You Will Go. Placind third with 49.10 points was Warsaw’s creative rendition of the anime Katekyo Hitman Reborn’s opening with the music of LM.C’s 88.

Luna Online launched the contest dubbed “Luna Video Blog” to challenge its community of gamers to tap their artistic skills and create a stirring video featuring Run Up’s premier title. The mechanics of the contest are simple: participants must create a video that shows Luna Online’s game features such as dating, farming and fishing. It must also show in-game items and the game’s community like friends, guildmates, and lovers in a 5-minute maximum length video.

Submission of entries began on October 1st ’til the 14th, while voting started on the 15th until the 30th. Entries were judged according to this criteria. 50% of the votes from the GMs and Run Up Admin, 20% from the Official Forum Poll and 30% from the Total Youtube Views.

The entries to the contest varies in content and style. Some took the opportunity to make a Luna Online basic class info, while some made Luna Online trailers that scream out the cuteness and the fun-factor of the game.

In the end, it was still Aerith who won the hearts of the people in the forums and the top video views on YouTube. The catchy Tsukurimasho video helped Aerith win an Armor Set +6 of choice [Flamelist's Set (Robe), Royal Guard Set (Heavy Armor), or Cross Belt Set (Light Armor)] + 2000 Luna Game Points. Brokendagger and Warsaw also received an Armor Set +5 of choice + 1000 Luna Game Points and Armor Set +4 of choice + 500 Luna Game Points, respectively.
