There’s something about October 24 that made me want to share the experience as a GM. I attended the second Luna Online mini eyeball and tournament. Venue was somewhere along Shaw Boulevard in Mandaluyong City. It was a bit hard to find so I expected that only a few players would turn up at the event.

I, along with the Lady in a Blue Dress (though she wasn’t technically wearing a blue dress this time), arrived there at 1PM–the computers were already set up and some of the players were already having fun playing the game. I saw some familiar faces in the crowd: GIJOE, Wicked, JohnnyArcher (SM the Block event first place winners! MissLead wasn’t there though)… Apologies to those I can’t remember xD. They greeted me when they saw me and it somehow made me smile. I never thought that I would be remembered by players and it gave me a nice feeling.

The first thing I did was to get the tournament registration papers, stand in the middle of the venue for all the players to see and then said the magic words: “Tournament registration!” It got the players attention and flocked to where I am to register. They wrote down their team information to be able to be able to join the two-part tournaments. It means that we have 16 slots open for teams who wanted to join. The first batch consists of 8 teams who will battle it out for the first and second prizes. Same goes for the second batch. The first batches’ winners were Team Banahaw for the First Place and won a +9 weapon of their choice (they chose Rulebreaker and Glory of the Diren). The team lead by BossChippu won Second Place and got a +7 weapon of their choice (they wanted Kiyoma’s Bow, Cinqueda and Glory of the Diren). In the second batch… Arjhay pogi got 1st place and was able to get a +9 weapon for his team (Glory of the Diren, Kiyoma’s Bow and Cinqueda). The 2nd place winners was the team lead by VosFows, they won a +7 weapon of their choice (Kiyoma’s bow and Glory of the Diren were the choiced they made). Congratulation to you guys!

I was really worried with the lady in the blue dress, I left her sitting in a corner while I was fascilitating the tournament (So sorry!! xD) Good thing ate sales lady kept her company, they were selling Luna mugs and Luna shirts for only 150P each! Thanks to all those who bought mugs and shirts! Wear it next time you go to our next event. Yup! There will be more… and I can’t wait to be there (with the Lady in the Blue Dress!). The tournament was really fun, but in the end, I was worn out from all the excitement (Then I saw Nhen constantly waving a “[GM] Seto’s Fans Club” banner; thanks dude!)
